	1st Place Honey Pecan Catfish Endeavor Health Wes Lieberher Mynor Garcia Blackened Honey & Pecan Glazed Catfish with Hushpuppy Polenta Cakes, Blackberry Serrano Slaw, Cherry Smoked Peach Purée.
	2nd Place Pan-seared Venison with a Blackberry Infused Bordelaise Sauce Geisinger Brian Dixson Brianne George Pan-seared venison, with a blackberry infused bordelaise sauce, over a fennel/mirepoix cowpea cake, peach vinaigrette dressed dandelion greens, with honeyed goat cheese and candied figs.
	3rd Place Venison Rack with Herb Polenta and Golden Berry Kale Salad INTEGRIS Health Joshua Sabedra DeCleasha Martin A rack of lightly seasoned, pan seared venison on top of a creamy, herb polenta. Accompanied by a wilted kale salad with blistered golden berries tossed with al dente wheat berries. The dish is complimented with a sweet and tangy reduction comprised of blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, honey, and balsamic vinegar.
